Fresenius Helios manages an expansive network of healthcare facilities, including 90 hospitals, approximately 130 outpatient clinics, and 6 prevention centers across Germany, complemented by 49 hospitals, 88 outpatient clinics, and around 300 risk prevention centers in Spain. Beyond general care, this segment also specializes in fertility treatments, operating 33 clinics and 39 additional sites spread across 10 countries on three continents. Finally, Fresenius Vamed provides project management and specialized services for the development and operation of hospitals and other healthcare infrastructure. Its offerings range from initial project conception and detailed planning to turnkey construction, in addition to ongoing maintenance, technical oversight, and full operational management services. Established in 1912, the company initially traded as Fresenius SE before adopting its current designation, Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA, in January 2011. Its corporate headquarters are situated in Bad Homburg vor der Höhe, Germany.
